Leaders of Tomorrow works at a local and national level in Jordan, and regionally in the Middle East and North Africa with a large network of high school and university students, recent graduates and young professionals. We work with young Arabs, between 15 to 35 years old, to discuss taboos, better the society and promote youth’s voice. Leaders' shares opportunities with all, builds capacity from bottom up, and mobilizes young people in the Arab world. The Leaders' network consists of young Arabs who participate in exchanges, conferences, trainings, and community organizing and volunteer work.

The program design process at MAGIS cultivates the integration of the arts into creative psychosocial wellness interventions, supported by psychological and scientific background. This is applied to everyday contexts and for all ages through purposefully-designed activities for mindfulness, playful and experiential learning, and expression and reflection for self-awareness and self-regulation.
