Authentic People Partners is a boutique HR Consultancy - servicing small to medium businesses with outsourced Human Resources solutions. Created by Casey George & Laura French, APP was formed to maximise the success of businesses through its' people, using their expertise as senior HR professionals and their authentic approach to stakeholder management and partnerships. They knew that businesses of that size (250 people or less) need high-level expertise to ensure success but often aren't ready for an internal HR Director. So to reduce costs and maximise impact, that service was created as an outsourced solution instead.
