Through an understanding of how people drive the P&L, Mark has a track record of driving bottom line results through people and can quickly address the opportunities within an organization and provide a number of revenue generating and cost saving solutions. In nearly 20 years of operational HR experience, Mark has helped companies leverage their bottom line by providing thought provoking and strategic HR leadership. Having expertise in building and leveraging Culture, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition & Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Employee Relations, Mark excels at and has a proven track record in turnover reduction, cost saving recruiting strategies, improving internal development programs and internal promotions through succession planning. In building an HR Department, Mark has also created team member handbooks, policy and procedures and on-boarding documents from scratch.
