In nearly 20 years of operational HR experience, Mark has helped companies leverage their bottom line by providing thought provoking and strategic HR leadership. Having expertise in building and leveraging Culture, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition & Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Employee Relations, Mark excels at and has a proven track record in turnover reduction, cost saving recruiting strategies, improving internal development programs and internal promotions through succession planning. Through understanding of how people drive the P&L, Mark has a track record of driving bottom line results through people and can quickly address the opportunities within an organization and provide a number of revenue generating and cost saving solutions. In building an HR Department, Mark has also created team member handbooks, policy and procedures and onboarding documents from scratch. Mark can also assist in benefit re-design for cost savings and 401k RFP. Mark has the ability to lead in the field as well as the training room and with his Gallup, Birkman, and Achieve Global certifications, he will help you leverage your team and get the most out of them all. Mark is a graduate of the University of Louisiana, Lafayette in Business and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
