Gainstrong began in 2016 with a humble one-room office in Marikina City, providing recruitment and staffing solutions primarily for retail firms in Metro Manila. Through dedication, professionalism, and a people-centered approach, the company slowly gained a strong reputation among its clients. As its expertise and credibility grew, Gainstrong expanded its services to other industries, offering skilled, technical, construction, food, and manufacturing personnel to clients beyond retail. In 2020, amid widespread disruptions that affected businesses and workforce operations nationwide, Gainstrong demonstrated agility by diversifying into logistics and delivery services under the name Gainstrong Manpower and Logistics Inc.(GMLI), ensuring continuity for its clients and employees. In 2022, Gainstrong returned to its core mission, focusing once again on recruitment and staffing services under its original name, Gainstrong Manpower Inc. The company also opened additional offices in strategic locations to better serve its growing base of clients and employees across Metro Manila and key provinces. Building on this momentum, Gainstrong established Gainstrong Talent Solutions Corp.(GTS) in 2025 to provide specialized talent acquisition and high-level recruitment services. GTS is not limited to souring talents; it also offers a range of HR services designed to support clients in building stronger workforces and improving overall people operations. Today, Gainstrong operates through two fully active companies: GMI, delivering comprehensive recruitment and manpower solutions, and GTS, addressing specialized talent requirements and providing extensive HR support services. Looking ahead, Gainstrong is committed to evolving and innovating, shaping workforce of the future while remaining a trusted partner to its clients and employees.
