Typically, Gigs Tix's clients (promoters) control their events, and Gigs Tix acts as an agent, selling the tickets that the clients make available to them. Gigs Tix provides services for buyers and sellers of tickets for sports, concerts, theater and other live entertainment events. It offers a range of ticket delivery types, from traditional posted tickets, through to eTicketing. Gigs Tix has its own Access Control system which have been used in the last 9 years to check over 2,5 million people at the festivals and events in Serbia and surrounding countries. It is also specialised for ticket redemption services for major and middle ranged European festivals (Exit Festival in Serbia, Sea Dance Festival in Montenegro, Revolution Festival in Romania, Belgrade Calling festival etc.), but as well for solo gigs and smaller festivals.
