Novosadski sajam je vodeća sajamska kuća u Srbiji. Pored priređivanja sajmova i izložbi, bavi se i organizovanjem kongresa i stručnih skupova, marketinškim uslugama, skladištenjem robe i ugostiteljstvom. Ukupna površina sajmišta je 23 hektara. Pored otvorenog prostora izlagačima je na raspolaganju i 30 hala, ukupne površine m2. Objekti su zidani s kraja 50-ih godina 20. veka, do najnovijeg objekta, kompleksa "Master", završenog 2006. godine, ukupne površine 28.874 m2, u sklopu kojeg je u funkciji sajamskih i kongersnih aktivnosti gotovo polovina, a u poslovnom centru je sedište gotovo 100 firmi i institucija. Značajan prostorni kapacitet Sajma čini otvoreni prostor na kojem dominira izložba poljoprivredne mehanizacije u vreme Međunarodnog poljoprivrednog sajma, ali i objekti koji omogućavaju druge sadržaje, poput Manježa od m2 i hala za predstavljanje grla na izložbi stočarstva. Multifunkcionalnost prostora ilustruje i upotreba Hale 1 od 7.100 m2, koja kao značajan izložbeni prostor predstavlja i jedinstvenu zatvorenu atletsku halu za pripreme i treninge atletičara iz zemlje i regiona u vansajamskim terminima, kao i prostori za sportske aktivnosti – od tenisa i fudbala do badmintona. Kongresni centar Sajma prostire sa na površini od 2.230 m2 i predstavlja multifunkcionalan prostor koji za potrebe kongresa, seminara, konferencija, čine velika i šest manjih savremeno opremljenih kongresnih sala. Manje sale se po potrebi mogu pretvoriti u jedan prostor za velike skupove do ljudi, a velika sala ima kapacitet 330 mesta. Savremena audio i video oprema, tehnička podrška za snimanje događaja, akreditacije gostiju i učesnika, kao i direktna veza restoranom s aulom – centralnim holom glavnog ulaza na Sajam, predstavlja funkcionalno, moderno arhitektonsko rešenje za potrebe korporativnih događaja, kongresnih ili drugih skupova.
