HRConnexus provides Human Resources, payroll and HR technology ASO services to free up busy company executives, small business owners, and HR/payroll professionals to focus on what they do best — their core business. Utilizing HRConnexus allows businesses to expand and contract services as needed without the risks involved in hiring employee staff (unemployment, health care, termination, etc.). HRConnexus is not a PEO — employees, policies and practices, benefits, and systems remain entirely under a client's control. Our services are adapted to be compatible with the way our clients run their business. We can also make suggestions about best practices when a client wants to explore opportunities to make improvements. We offer flexible, cost-effective rates that are specific to the service requirements - whether that's just for a specific project or if our services are engaged on a retainer basis to have HR "on tap."
