Mindsteps is an educational consulting firm that partners with schools, school districts, and non-profit organizations to build mastery in their staff in order to solve instructional challenges. We believe that every student deserves a master teacher and any teacher can become a master teacher with the right support. We also offer professional development publications and resources that are designed to give teachers the power to make stronger students and administrators the tools needed to support teachers along their journey to help raise student achievement.
