Our members are professionals involved in organizational development, instructional systems design, training and development including technical and computer-based training, independent consulting, human resource management, and performance improvement. They work in a variety of settings including finance, manufacturing, education, medicine, sales, and technology. ATD, the Association for Talent Development, is the leading international association dedicated to increasing productivity and quality in the workplace through the application of performance and learning technologies. The North Dakota ATD Chapter is a local affiliate of the international association. Please note that North Dakota ATD chapter membership is open to any geographic location, and is not limited to North Dakota residents! Because our sessions are primarily virtual, our members are located across a large footprint.
