Oaks Co. is a consulting company providing HR consulting services for growing companies and career support services (non-only in HR) for individuals such as technical skill coaching, job connect, and mentorship programs. We are aspired to support the growth of everyone's career capital (competencies and credentials) through a knowledge inclusive society. By building a collaborative ecosystem that revolves around developing career capital, we allow the possibility for everyone to advance their career, maximize impact, and improve their quality of life. We support upcoming graduates, new professionals, young leaders, universities, and new companies through our 3 main support lines. 1) Oaknut Incubation It is a 12-weeks incubation program specifically provided to selected last year university students to complete them with business competencies that may not be covered by traditional institutions so that these upcoming graduates can easily be linked and matched to what market needs. 2) Oaktree School for Professional and Oaktree Career Sponsors (Pro-bono) As the first and only all-around career capital partner, we provide new and young professionals free mentorship, affordable technical coaching, network/ connections, event-speaking opportunities, and other imaginable supports to boost up your competencies and credentials. 3) Oakwood HR Strategic Coach and Partner Oakwood is our support line that its two main jobs are (1) to support universities to bridge their talent to what the business needs and (2) to assist new companies to set up a complete HR system and to implement ideal practices around talent as early as possible. We, Oaks Co, are the first all-around career capital firm in Indonesia.
