About Dea Gendyna

Since the start of my career, my purpose has revolved around influencing how organizations shape society through ethical, effective management and meaningful work. I believe that when we design purposeful systems and workplaces where people feel fulfilled and valued, we don’t just help companies grow, we help families and communities thrive. A fair workplace means a parent can put enough food on the table, a child can grow up without missing their dad, and a couple can enjoy time together at home. My work focuses on integrating strategy, systems, and soul, aligning business growth with human fulfillment. I’m passionate about helping leaders and organizations scale with clarity, accountability, and compassion, building workplaces that are both high-performing and deeply humane. My experience spans social enterprises, consulting, startups, finance, and healthcare across Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, and Egypt. These experiences trained me to bridge both human and financial dimensions from leadership development to operational design and profitability. Lately, I’ve been exploring how to activate self-driven, resilient, and tech-driven organizations, especially in Indonesia. While deepening my interest in the healthcare and hospitality industries, where meaningful service and growth can coexist beautifully, I’m also fascinated by how AI can enhance everyday business operations, improve decision-making, and free humans to focus on creativity, empathy, and growth; the parts of work that truly move us forward.
