We have a number of mediators and external consultants with a broad range of interests available to advise on and assist with mediation at short notice. Our team is not only experienced in mediation but also has a strong background in the legal, medical, dental, commercial, construction, financial, insurance, design/production and voluntary fields. This provides us with a strong framework for dealing with a diverse range of disputes. Pathfinder Mediation's use of co-mediation techniques brings the experience of two mediators to every meeting without any additional expense. Our clients have found co-mediation to be extremely beneficial; this when coupled with our easy access to a bank of highly experienced external consultants, provides for a greater chance of ultimate success in achieving a satisfactory resolution.
