He also served as a leading workplace mediator and grievance resolution advisor reflecting his proven experience that organisations, big or small, can only deliver their vision and maximise productivity in an environment where internal conflict is recognised and addressed. David has worked in highly confidential departments with a wide range of partner agencies. Throughout his service, he was subject to national security vetting and has extensive experience of working in settings where this is required.
