Pt Ifishdeco Tbk

PT IFISHDECO TBK (IFSH.JK) is a critical minerals company in Indonesia, founded in 1971 and listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange on December 5, 2019. The firm manages nickel and silica assets, concentrating on the exploration, development, operation, sales, and transportation of raw materials to smelting refineries. In 2011, IFSH.JK began commercially selling nickel ore and quickly established itself as a key exporter to China by 2014. However, that same year, the Indonesian government imposed an export ban on nickel ore to promote foreign investment and strengthen the nickel processing sector. In response, IFSH.JK created a subsidiary, PT Bintang Smelter Indonesia (BSI), which is licensed to process nickel ore and commenced commercial sales of Nickel Pig Iron (NPI) in 2019. Currently, IFSH.JK holds mining concession assets in Southeast Sulawesi and is actively seeking expansion through investment acquisitions.
