Ignatius Andy Law Offices Corporate Matters: 1. preparing corporate documents and agreements for the purpose of setting-up local as well foreign investment companies and other corporate actions; 2. drafting, revising and reviewing various commercial business contracts; 3. assisting and advising client in the negotiation and completion of complex business transactions; 4. providing legal opinions and advices with respect to various legal matters; 5. conducting legal due diligence for the purpose of acquisition of a company and debt restructuring transactions. Litigation Matters: 1. Preparing court documents with respect to the commercial dispute and monopoly and unfair business practice cases. Assisting client in the examination process by Commission for Supervision of Business Competition (KPPU). Assisting clients in various negotiations and correspondences with counter-party in relation with potential dispute matters and/or breach of contracts. II. PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk 1. Drafting and reviewing various agreements and documents with respect to Company’s legal actions and internal matters. Actively involved in the negotiation and completion of the joint venture arrangement with a world class nickel mining company including negotiation and completion of contract of work with government. Actively involved in the proposed acquisition of a minority stake in a largest Indonesian copper mining company. Actively involved in reviewing and monitoring the implemented regulations of minerals and coal mining law thorough Indonesian Mining Association and Indonesian Chamber of Commerce. Providing legal opinions and advices with respect to various Company’s legal matters. Monitoring Company’s disputes. Representing company in a civil case in Eastern Indonesian court. Actively involved in the land acquisition process for the purpose of mining activities. In charge in the regulation compliance process.
