The Real Path Project

The Real Path Project is a workshop series that helps senior teams achieve breakthrough results in the most challenging situations. Senior leaders have trained to be the forever-capable final frontier. However, many are feeling ill-prepared in the face of radically uncertain landscapes—the COVID-19 pandemic, dramatically changing customer and employee expectations, and quickly evolving supply chain challenges, to name a few. Just when expansive thinking is needed most, senior leaders and their teams are being pushed to their limits. Unfortunately, for many, being at one’s limit and thinking expansively are mutually exclusive. By exploring the science of how we think under pressure, senior leaders learn to detect when they fall prey to constricted thinking and how instead, in those moments, to access their deepest wisdom. Through experiential training using current workplace challenges, leaders learn to make the crucial adjustments required to lead from a more insightful and powerful place.
