I am an executive coach, advisor and facilitator for senior leaders and leadership teams. As a former executive I bring real-world, senior level experience to my engagements, allowing me to relate to my clients and ask the right questions, all in support of their success. In this increasingly complex world leaders and leadership teams often face problems that appear bigger than their capabilities. I help them navigate this complexity. With coaching, leaders almost always realize they have more capability than they thought. I help my clients explore what was in the way, why solutions were not available for them, and how they can capture this learning. I am the co-founder of the Real Path Project, a workshop series designed to help leaders navigate radically uncertain landscapes by training them to expand their thinking under pressure. I have significant governance experience from both the Board and Executive perspectives.
