The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA), through its TEZ Management Sector (TEZMS), partners with private stakeholders in promoting sustainable tourism development through its designated Public and Private Tourism Enterprise Zones (TEZ). By offering competitive incentive packages featuring fiscal and non-fiscal incentives, TIEZA, as the infrastructure and investment arm of the Philippine Department of Tourism (DOT), invites potential investors who will be its shared-partners in developing tourism infrastructure projects in Public TEZs or as operators of Private TEZs.
