Commission On Filipinos Overseas
Established on 16 June 1980 through Batas Pambansa 79, the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) is an agency of the Philippine Government tasked to promote and uphold the interests of Filipino emigrants and permanent residents abroad, and to preserve and strengthen ties with Filipino communities overseas. In June 1980, Batas Pambansa Blg. 79 was enacted to strengthen the government's policy on the promotion of migrant welfare and interest. It created the Commission on Filipinos Overseas which replaced Office of Emigrant Affairs of DOLE but retained and further expanded its mandate. Batas Pambansa Blg. 79, mandates the CFO to perform the following functions: Provide assistance to the President and the Congress of the Philippines in the formulation of policies and measures concerning or affecting Filipinos overseas; Develop and implement programmes to promote the interest and well-being of Filipinos overseas; Serve as a forum for preserving and enhancing the social, economic and cultural ties of Filipinos overseas with the motherland; and Liase on behalf of Filipinos overseas with appropriate government and private agencies in the transaction of business and similar ventures in the Philippines.

Korean Cultural Center In The Philippines
The Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines (KCC) first opened its doors to the public on July 19, 2011, with the goal of expanding the understanding and appreciation of Korean culture and promoting a more active people-to-people exchange between the Republic of Korea and the Philippines. KCC is under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST)'s Korean Culture and Information Service (KOCIS) and has been continuously coordinating with the Philippine art and culture sector, including government, non-government, and private organizations. For the past years, it has been providing a diverse range of programs which include class offerings in the Korean language and culture, exhibitions, film festivals, and special events such as Korean culture caravans. In 2022, KCC plans to expand its programs to culture collaboration for mutual growth of both countries' creative industries under the theme of 'Phil-Koraboration' at its new home located at 59 Bayani Rd, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

The Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. is a non-profit, non-government organization constituted by legitimate businessmen in the province of Bulacan. It was established to serve as the main business service and advocacy organization of entrepreneurs, comprising of Large, Medium, Small and Micro-enterprises in the province. It was created as a committee in 1964 to concretize the Philippine Government’s commitment to the agreement reached during the International Middle Level Manpower Conference held in Puerto Rico in 1962 adopting volunteerism as a tool for socio-economic development. It became an office in 1973 and then an Agency on 12 December 1980 through Executive Order No. PNVSCA is under the administrative supervision of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA). PNVSCA closely works with other government agencies, non-government organizations, the academe, the corporate group, the media and other partners in converging and linking the different volunteering efforts and resources so that they are aligned with national priorities and assist especially the marginalized sectors and communities. PNVSCA takes the lead in advocating and recognizing the contributions of volunteers to nation-building and international cooperation. VISION We foresee PNVSCA as an institution locally and globally recognized as a champion and advocate of volunteerism. We foresee a society made self-reliant, empowered and progressive through volunteerism. MISSION We promote and harness voluntary services and resources toward empowering individuals, groups, families and communities for self-sufficiency and self-governing development. National Youth Commission

Our primary service is to provide educational and volunteer opportunities to citizens who want to espouse good governance especially in frontline government transactions. Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA)-a law enacted in 2007 to reduce bureaucracy in government transactions b.) How to get frontline government services without paying a bribe/The proper government transaction procedures for different agencies c.) Themes of good governance, integrity, transparency and accountability 2. Citizen Monitoring We send student volunteers from different universities (Ateneo de Manila University, De La Salle University, University of the Philippines-National College of Public Administration and Governance/UP-NCPAG) to monitor government services based on ARTA standards: i.e. physical set-up, basic facilities, etc. After the monitoring, recommendations are sent to agencies; some have already acted on volunteers’ advice, and the improvements are verified through unannounced follow-up visits.
