All programs are highly interactive and includes the following core components: Kundalini Yoga & Meditation and Neuro-Training®. Y-C programs can be fulfilled in a company headquarters, or implemented as part of important corporate events or conferences. Y- C provides also individual “One to one” training sessions (as live training and online support).
