Our team has developed a game-changing smart grid solution, called SynchroGuard, which is the first distribution grid monitoring and automation system based on the most advanced monitoring technology currently available: Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs). SynchroGuard provides full grid visibility, efficiently integrates more renewables and EVs, and reduces the impact of blackouts thanks to unique fault location algorithms. Zaphiro is already recognized as one of the most promising startups in the smart grid sector, thanks to several projects with well-recognized utilities worldwide, as well as multiple awards, including Free Electrons, SET award, and EIC accelerator.
