KUNE began with a group of seemingly different people, culturally and ideologically, coming together, united around music and art, to create a space for others to explore and experience culture and togetherness. Today, that idea is still at the core of our organization, with focused efforts toward creating quality and inclusive music and art experiences that help people feel accepted and connected. We aim to foster the growth of contemporary culture and create long-lasting impact, bringing communities and individuals together across different views and cultural backgrounds. The manifestation of all of that is a 5-day festival on Ungdomsøen (The Youth Island)- a celebration of music, art, and culture with a carefully curated program of activities, talks, live music, art installations, and more. KUNE Festival 2025 will take place on Ungdomsøen between the 30th of July and 3rd of August.

Frisenvang

Frisenvang produces and sells sustainable knitting yarn handspun by skilled artisans in a local cooperative in the small village of Marcapata in the Peruvian Andes. The yarns are produced like it has always been done in the Peruvian mountain regions, which is by hand and in accordance with organic methods. Each yarn skein is nursed through the whole production process and Frisenvang yarns are unica products of very high quality made by the best quality of alpaca fibers only (royal and baby) The yarn production for the Danish company ensures both the local alpaca breeders and the artisans in the cooperative an income above the average. Frisenvang is the only customer of the small workshop and this cooperation without middlemen has changed the lives of the women and their families. 30 children now go to school every day and they are no longer malnourished. Frisenvang yarns are sold through own webshop, by selected retailers, and at knitting festivals and in connection with speaches held by the owner Marianne Frisenvang.

Kreakassen.Dk Aps

Kreakassen.dk is a Danish valuebased subscription service aiming to improve creativity, focused thinking and togetherness among families with children aged 4-9 years old. Each month we send out a box with 4 creative projects to help parents stimulate their childrens brains with creativity as an alternative to the constant digital influence they receive elsewhere. We recently participated in the Danish version of Dragons Den - and managed to attract investment from two of the most competent investors in Denmark: Christian Stadil & Tommy Ahlers. Apart from this, we have managed to attract Andreas Dirksen, the Danish 'Mr. Subscription Service' who have created a number of very succesfull subscription services in the last years.

Forms In Nature

THE ARTISTS Artists Thyra Hilden (1972, DK) and Pio Diaz,(1973, AR) created Forms in Nature as a tribute to the German artist and naturalist Ernest Haeckel (1834-1919), whose beautiful and meticulous drawings of thousands of plant and animal forms helped introduce Charles Darwin’s theories to a worldwide audience. The light sculpture Forms In Nature turns any room into a wild forest made of haunting oversized shadows. The chandelier is consisting of a light source surrounded by a tense and unruly tree and root system created in a miniature sculpture. Mysterious and magical branches, bushes and gnarled trees appear on the walls and ceilings.

Art by Me er en kreativ café hvor du kan male med over 100 forskellige farver på næsten 300 forskellige stykker keramik. Vi tilbyder et afbræk i hverdagens travlhed og pligter. Vi tror nemlig på, at det er sundt at trække stikket en gang imellem og lade sig fordybe i kreativiteten i et stressfrit univers. ”Det har jeg aldrig prøvet før, så det kan jeg helt sikkert godt” er vores motto og tilgang til kreativiteten. Hos os kan alle være med, for det er nemlig ikke kun pensler vi maler med. Vi har et stort udvalg af teknikker der inkluderer alles færdigheder. Vi tilgodeser ikke kun æstetisk smukt malet keramik, men går også̊ op i, at alt ikke skal være perfekt. Vi skaber nemlig ikke kun keramik, men også̊ minder og oplevelser du hver dag får glæde af.

Opgang2 er en selvejende kulturinstitution med base i hjertet af Aarhus. Her produceres professionelle og prisvindende teaterforestillinger, dokumentarfilm og kulturfestivaler. Opgang2 består af- Turnéteater: Et professionelt ungdomsteater med mere end 10 års erfating med af tryllebinde og udfordre et ungt, uregerligt publikum af blandet etnicitet. Turnéteater spiller i hele Danmark og havde i 2015 mere end 150 visninger. Alt dramatik er skrevet af kunstnerisk leder Pia Marcussen- Ungdomsspor: Et aktiveringstilbud for unge mellem 18 og 30, i Aarhus Kommune, som er på overførselsindkomst og ikke er klar til job eller uddannelse- Film: Dokumentarfilm, serier og portrætter. Galleri Art Expo

The largest gallery in the Aarhus area, Gallery Art Expo has been growing from strength to strength since and is particularly adept at spotting new, emerging talents. Winther Design

Om Winther Design Winther Design er grafiske, håndlavede smykker designet og fremstillet af Sarah Winther. Med en baggrund som designassistent og tekstilformidler har jeg en stor interesse og forkærlighed for håndværk, tekstiler og prints. Størstedelen af smykkerne er fremstillet af akryl, som er hårdt, letvægtsplastik som er ideelt som smykke materiale. Alle smykker laves i hånden, derfor vil alle enkelte smykker være unikke – også hvis du køber et par øreringe. Alle smykker er lavet med omhu, kærlighed og har et unikt, grafisk udtryk, enten i form af form, print eller tekstur. Alle ørestikker samt ørekroge er i lavet i kirurgisk stål og fri for nikkel.
