Adega Cooperativa De Favaios
Fundada em 1952, a Adega de Favaios nasceu da persistência dos seus viticultores, que, em 1935, não aceitaram ficar excluídos do Benefício que permitia aguardentar os seus mostos, por terem as suas vinhas situadas a mais de 500 metros de altitude. Já então se produzia em Favaios o famoso Vinho do Porto da casta Moscatel, pelo que os agricultores locais se viram em dificuldades quando ficaram interditos de produzir este vinho fortificado. O revés acabou por favorecer a marca Moscatel de Favaios, muito graças à intervenção da Adega entretanto criada. Hoje amplamente reconhecido e principal símbolo desta aldeia vinhateira do Douro, no concelho de Alijó, o vinho Moscatel Galego produzido pela adega representa 79 % da cota de mercado da região e 52 % da cota nacional de moscatéis. Detentora de um património invejável de moscatéis antigos, a Adega de Favaios inclui ainda no seu portefólio duas gamas de DOC Douro, Encostas de Favaios e Casa Velha, bem como espumantes. A funcionar desde 2012, o serviço de enoturismo da adega integra sala de provas, loja e espaço museológico.

Adega Cooperativa De Palmela, Crl
Fundada em 1955 com a designação de Adega Cooperativa da Região do Moscatel de Setúbal, iniciou a sua actividade em 1958. A Adega Cooperativa de Palmela é um dos principais pólos de desenvolvimento do Concelho que é marcadamente agrícola e onde a vinha e o vinho têm por razões históricas um peso bastante grande. A principal zona vitícola situa-se na planície arenosa que constitui grande parte do Concelho de Palmela. A Adega Cooperativa de Palmela iniciou a sua actividade com 50 associados e com uma produção que não excedia os 1,5 milhões de litros. Nos dias de hoje a produção ultrapassa os 8 milhões de litros, e a Adega dispõe de capacidade para atingir os 10 milhões, sendo 70% vinho tintos, 25% vinhos brancos e 5% Moscatel. Tem actualmente 300 associados que possuem uma área combinada de hectares. Uma parte substancial da sua produção é engarrafada através de 5 linhas automáticas com capacidade para garrafas/hora. A Adega Cooperativa de Palmela tem vindo ao longo dos anos a actualizar a sua tecnologia, quer de fabrico quer de engarrafamento e hoje é uma unidade certificada (ISO desde Junho de 2003 com a dedicação e esforço dos seus 40 funcionários. No ano de 2020 obteve certificação IFS Food (International Featured Standards), um referencial de qualidade e segurança alimentar desenvolvido por grandes grupos comerciais com o objetivo de melhorar procedimentos em benéfico do cliente e acrescentar valor ao produto final. Produz as marcas Pedras Negras (vinho de mesa branco e tinto, vinho licoroso abafado e aguardente bagaceira envelhecida), Vale dos Barris (vinho regional Península de Setúbal branco, tinto e rosé, e Premium Reserva), Adega de Palmela (DOC branco, tinto, Reserva, Premium Reserva e Grande Reserva), Adega de Palmela (DOC Vinho Generoso Moscatel, Espumante Moscatel Bruto), Villa Palma (DOC branco, tinto, rosé, Reserva branco e tinto e aguardente velha), Amus (aguardente de Moscatel) e Vale de Touros Vinhas Velhas Reserva.

Anselmo Mendes
We began producing wine with Alvarinho grapes in 1998, in Monção and Melgaço. Currently, we produce wine from three white grape varieties (Alvarinho, Loureiro, Avesso) and one red grape variety (Alvarelhão) in three regions of the Vinho Verde Demarcated Region: Alvarinho and Alvarelhão in the Minho Valley, Loureiro in the Lima Valley and Avesso in the Douro Valley. But our variety of choice is Alvarinho, in which we have invested more time and devotion, seeking to take full advantage of its natural characteristics and potential. Also, we produce wines from other regions, such as Douro, Dão, Beira Interior and Açores. Our work is recognised in Portugal and abroad, not only for the excellence of the wines we produce but also for the consistent manner in which we innovate. The fermentation of Alvarinho grapes in wooden casks or the use of traditional vinification techniques, such as fermentation on skins, are just some of the methods that set these wines apart in the world of whites. We produce white and red wines that have already won various prizes and distinctions and earned the trust of the most demanding critics and wine lovers all over the world.

We implement measures to protect the soil, watercourses and biodiversity, using agricultural practices that value indigenous fauna and flora. Our vineyards are treated traditionally, utilizing row-intensive production systems that respect nature. We use light bottles, recycled glass and cardboard, CO2-fixing corks, clean technologies with low CO2 emissions, and we strictly control the water and energy used in the winery. With this commitment, we guarantee the future of our land and the generations that cultivate it.

Há décadas a criar grandes vinhos do Alentejo, os vinhos da Carmim fazem parte da mesa dos portugueses, e fruto da sua capacidade exportadora, estão presentes nos quatro cantos do mundo.// CARMIM produces quality wines and olive oil with Alentejo terroir, in Reguengos de Monsaraz. The company was pioneer in Portugal using the Charmat method in the production of sparkling and semi-sparkling wines. The complete domain of this method allows the production of sparkling and semi-sparkling wines of excellent quality. It’s in Cave Central da Bairrada where the superb "Castiço" – semi-sparkling wine is produced, wich has already 38 years of existence. – It also produces the sparkling Premium “m&m” family. An exhaustive control of the production process reinforced by an excellent commercial relationship and relation price/quality, allow CCB to keep the expansion politics, looking and working new markets. Vidigal Wines
Apostando na inovação e criatividade, a empresa conseguiu alicerçar as suas vendas no mercado externo e, hoje, exporta 90% da sua produção para mais de 40 países do mundo. A Vidigal Wines está localizada na Quinta do Cónego, em Cortes, na zona de Leiria, região vitivinícola de Lisboa. A origem deste negócio data de 1967, quando a propriedade foi comprada por uma empresa familiar, que instalou nela a primeira adega. Seguiram-se vários donos, até que António Mendes Lopes a adquiriu, em 1994. Hoje detém 60% do capital da Vidigal Wines, sendo o restante de investidores noruegueses. As suas vinhas, implantadas em solos localizados na região vitivinícola de Lisboa e a cerca de 30 quilómetros da costa, vegetam sob a influência de brisas atlânticas amenas e húmidas. Apostou também na melhoria tecnológica da adega, investiu na produção de mais uva para assegurar a qualidade da matéria-prima e hoje assegura a transformação de uvas de 450 hectares de vinha, entre produção própria e diversas parcerias com viticultores das regiões do Douro, Vinhos Verdes, Beiras, Dão, Tejo, Lisboa e Alentejo.

Beira Serra Vinhos
Beira Serra Vinhos fundada em 1956, tem actualmente 600 associados e detém uma área total aproximada de 1600 hectares com uma produção média de 10 kg. Equipada com uma das melhores baterias de fermentação da Região da Beira Interior (com 1 800 litros de capacidade) permite-lhe receber diáriamente cerca de 400 toneladas de uvas. Fazendo parte da Região demarcada da Beira Interior, abrange os concelhos de Trancoso, Celorico da Beira, Guarda, Pinhel, Figueira Castelo Rodrigo e Mêda. As vinhas localizam-se a uma altitude média entre 400 e 750 m em terrenos predominantemente graníticos(90%) e xistosos(10%), dando assim origem a vinhos de altitude bastante frescos e frutados.
