The Blooming Tea is a Spectacular concept, which unfolds for customers' amazement into a Flower Bouquet of 7-12 cm tall, from a tea ball of 2 cm in diameter. It can be used for- Boozy Blooming Tea Cocktails (chilled with ice and added white wine or spirits. Founders of The Irish Secret Pizza Society are from Naples and that explains the devotion for Neapolitan pizza among the other things. The good news is that the secret society is not that secret anymore. After years of study, experiments, working with dough/sourdough and various types of ferments, searching for the best homegrown ingredients and seeking the perfect balance in every recipe we are ready to share our member's expertise, one delicious bite at a time. Our products are now available on the market and our know-how can be shared through our classes, in schools, groups and individuals. The members of the society worship Neapolitan Pizza and as real Neapolitans we decided to share all the love they put into it by organizing events, private parties and classes at affordable prices, just like in Naples. Steak Out Catering Ltd

More recently, we at Steak Out Catering have extended our service to include the provision of hot school meals to national schools within our locality. We cook our meals fresh each morning from our HSE certified, commercial kitchen on the outskirts of Knock village. We cook all our meals from scratch, using our in-house made sauces (zero added salt, sugar or preservatives & gluten free). Where possible, we use local suppliers including local butchers for our locally sourced Irish beef. Our innovative pick and mix style menu allows children to "build their own meal", ensuring each child receives a personalised meal each day. Sustainability plays a huge part in our ethos and we aim to minimise/eliminate single use packaging from our waste stream. We do this by using re-usable lunch containers and encouraging children to bring their own cutlery from home.
