We love seeing rural communities thrive. Regional Early Education and Development Inc.(REED) started in 2018 with only four child care services in the Wheatbelt of Western Australia. We now have over 27 child care services across the Wheatbelt, Midwest, Great Southern, and South West of Western Australia under the REED umbrella, with more services to come on board in 2026. REED has achieved exponential growth and success over a short period of time because all of our staff and our voluntary Board live our values of: quality, partnership, respect and inclusion, innovation and curiosity, and integrity. REED’s success in rural communities was recognised when we were named a Not for Profit/Charity of the Year finalist in the 2022 RISE Business Awards. Our staff enjoy the best of both worlds. Local child care services retain their unique character and are encouraged to run their own innovative programs, but at the same time staff are able to access support and resources through REED cluster managers and through the Regional Early Education and Development Inc.(REED) state wide network.
