Sustainable Yachting means the quality of Yachting or Sailing actions that not being harmful to the environment or depleting natural resources, and thereby supporting long-term ecological balance. Sustainable Yachting is a private initiative that encourage boaters and other private or public stakeholders to protect the marine environment from their daily activities. Our ambition is to reduce the undesirable environment impact from the yachting and sailing industry and to meet a sustainable marine world. We support and believe that the marine sustainability can be reached by the appropriate and continuing training as well as the implementation of environment friendly products and services on board as well as on yard. Sustainable Yachting propounds the SYMBIOSIS of human activities and marine environment and strengths the natural relation among three sustainable development components as are environmental, social and economic frameworks. The Save Your Hood movement came as a thought during the first lockdown (spring 2020), and then came into being during the second (autumn 2020). Since then, it has been growing exponentially throughout Greece and has quickly expanded to neighboring countries. Now, people not only in Greece, but also in Cyprus, Turkey, Romania and elsewhere, are acting in their neighborhoods, giving a positive message to our fellow citizens and bringing about a much-needed change! Bees have been next to humans since the beginning of mankind's history. Without them life would have disappeared from the planet. The United Nations General Assembly announced in New York in December 2017 that bees have their World Bee Day on the 20th of May. We are trying to raise awareness of the importance of pollinators, the threats they face and their contribution to sustainable development. We are making actions that create value for all. We are creating tools so this value can be measured. OUR MISSION Help the organizations understand the importance of bees in our life. Make actions with them by placing beehives inside or outside their premisses, collect the data from the protected hives and calculate the impact. Educate their employees in bees role-playing for sustainability issues.This journey will finally make us both change the world into a better place. If we succeed, Planet Earth will thrive. When nature thrives, so do we.
