Operator
Ania Catherine (b. 1990) and Dejha Ti (b. 1985) are an award-winning artist duo whose collaborative practice, Operator (est. 2016), develops critical and conceptual approaches to experience. With Ti’s background as a multimedia artist and HCI technologist, and Catherine’s as a choreographer and performance artist, they engineer medium-agnostic output, joining environments, technology, and the body. Their exploration into privacy and extractive technologies began with their performance installation, On View (2019), commissioned by the SCAD Museum of Art, and continues with the Privacy Collection, a durational release of works exploring the tension between privacy and transparency in blockchain technology. Operator has been awarded by The Lumen Prize twice (Generative Art in 2023, Immersive Environments in 2021), ADC Award (Gold Cube), S+T+ARTS Prize (Honorary Mention), and MediaFutures (a European Commission funded programme). They have spoken at events and institutions including Christie's Art+Tech Summit, University of Cambridge, Art Basel, ZKM, Francisco Carolinum Museum (Linz), Bloomberg ART+TECHNOLOGY, and MIT Open Documentary Lab. Originally from Los Angeles and currently based in Madrid, Spain.

Selected by Artslant Magazine as one of Berlin’s most interesting art project spaces, SomoS Arts provides space and resources for the presentation, reflection and production of the arts. Organizing an Artist-in-Residency program and an ambitious exhibition and event schedule, SomoS closely works with artists, organizers and curators to realize their projects. SomoS’ mission is to create an international open framework for innovative arts, exhibitions, education and creative cooperation. Throughout the year, SomoS Art House hosts a residency program for international artists for a three-month period. Artists are assisted in the production of their in-house creative projects, leading finally to an exhibition revealing the result of their three-month residency.

Der Frankfurter Künstler Horst Gutbrod malt zeitgenössische Kunst, die keinem Modetrend unterliegt, augenfällig phantasievolle Bilder mit klarer Konzeption. Seine Vielseitigkeit ist die Quelle seiner Kreativität und zeigt sich in den abwechslungsreichen Themen seiner Werke, die auch noch nach Jahren dem Betrachter Neues, Ungesehenes offenbaren. Diese Gestaltungskraft, gepaart mit Innovation, Konstanz und konsequentem Weiterentwickeln seiner künstlerischen Ideen, führt zu der Eigenständigkeit seiner Bilder. Ballhaus Naunynstrasse
Ballhaus Naunynstrasse in Berlin is a theatre and place of cultural production for the postmigrational Turkish culture in Germany and Europe. The main emphasis lies on theatre production, but there is also a strong interest in the latest developments in dance, film, music and literature. Cultural education projects as well as co-operations with independent companies such as Balkan Black Box, Conflict Zone Arts Asylum, Diyalog and others will complete the programme. This unique theatre with its postmigrant cultural praxis offers artists a platform for developing art with a “translocal perspective”. Looking out beyond a national framework, exchange, as well as interdisciplinarity and continuity are important aspects of our programming. Arts education projects such as Monthly Kiez Show: News from Naunynstraße and Holiday Camp – the 3rd Generation are part of the academy of autodidacts which aims to gather forces in order to offer young people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds the opportunity to work and develop within cultural and artistic projects. The Ballhaus Naunynstraße is an institution of the district Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, programming co-operation with Kultursprünge e.V, supported by the Senatskanzlei für Kulturelle Angelegenheiten Berlin. Created by Julius Jacobi and Rory Kirk-Duncan in 2022, Super Super Markt is an art gallery and community based out of Berlin. Since the beginning, our mission has been to develop a community-driven platform that makes art more accessible and champions the work of a new generation of international artists. Super Super Markt started as a nomadic exhibition project in temporary spaces – an off-licence, a deli and a collector’s home amongst others. Galerie Am Park
Galerie AM PARK is an art gallery based in Frankfurt, Germany. The gallery's program includes carefully chosen modern and contemporary works of art by international artists. The gallery focuses its activities mainly on Mexican and Spanish art. Prominent artists such as David Alfaro Siqueiros and Diego Rivera are featured in the gallery. Galerie Michael Janssen
After a twelve year gallery career in Cologne that included over eighty exhibitions, Michael Janssen relocated to Berlin in the spring of 2007. In September 2012, it opened a second branch in the Gillman Barracks - an up-and-coming center for contemporary art in Singapore. In Berlin the gallery is located in the Potsdamer Strasse; the neighborhood of the Neue Nationalgalerie as well as several other prominent art galleries. The gallery hosts a contemporary program that features North American, European as well as Asian artists. In addition to the longtime collaboration with artists such as Thomas Grünfeld and Peter Zimmermann, the gallery strives to constantly introduce upcoming artists such as Aiko Tezuka, Joris Van de Moortel and Assaf Gruber. The gallery also focused on rediscovering established artists such as Lynda Benglis, Lili Dujourie and Gianfranco Baruchello. In Singapore the gallery exhibited young south east asian artists, such as Eddy Susanto, Ho Tzu Nyen and Jeremy Sharma, but also staged exhibitions with Ai Wei Wei, Meg Cranston & John Baldessari and Peter Zimmermann.

Denn natürlich ist die Vergangenheit hier relevant und sichtbar. Und genau das macht sie aus, die Kunsthalle: Lebendigkeit, Naturnähe, Ruhe, Frische und große poetische Präsenz. Neben dem gemeinsamen Arbeitsraum und großzügigen Außenräumen gibt es einfache Unterkünfte für Gäste in drei Kammern und drei Zirkuswagen.

Das european centre for creative economy (ecce) hat seinen Ursprung in der Kulturhauptstadt RUHR.2010. Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft umfasst elf kreative und künstlerische Branchen: von Kunst über Musik, Literatur, Film, Medien, Design, Architektur bis zur Games-Entwicklung. Im Ruhrgebiet steht die Kreativwirtschaft für ca. Erwerbstätige und über Betriebe – sie ist aber nicht nur Wirtschaftsfaktor, sondern berührt Kultur, Stadtentwicklung und Bildung gleichermaßen. Um den Kreativ- und Zukunftsstandort Ruhrgebiet zu stärken und diesen überregional und europaweit sichtbar zu machen, führt ecce landesgeförderte Förderprogramme (Individuelle KünstlerInnenförderung, Kreativ.Quartiere Ruhr,#heimatruhr) durch und veranstaltet Workshop, Netzwerk- und Konferenzformate (z.B. Creative Industries Dialog, N.I.C.E. Award und Kreativcampus.Ruhr).

Die Galerie Anna25 wurde 2012 von Anna Franek in München als innovatives Ausstellungsprojekt ins Leben gerufen. Ursprünglich organisierte sie alle drei Monate am 25. eines Monats eine 25-stündige Ausstellung an wechselnden Orten. Noch im selben Jahr eröffnete sie feste Galerieräume in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Seit 2024 gibt es eine zweite Fläche in München. Der Fokus der Galerie liegt auf zeitgenössischer Landschaft, unkonventioneller Fotografie und künstlerischen Positionen dazwischen. Das Spektrum reicht von Malerei, Fotografie und Skulptur über Videoarbeiten bis hin zu Installationen und Performances. Mit insgesamt neun Ausstellungen pro Jahr an beiden Standorten sowie regelmäßigen Messebeteiligungen arbeitet die Galerie sowohl mit aufstrebenden als auch etablierten Künstler*innen – darunter feste Galeriekünstler*innen und wechselnde Gastkünstler*innen.
