СLT REZULT is the first and the only Ukrainian manufacturer of Cross-Laminated Timber panels CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber). CLT is a solid wooden panel that consists of cross-linked layers of wood. CLT is a unique building material that confidently competes with steel and concrete. It is ecologically clean and energy-efficient, with high strength and stiffness characteristics. This is the next generation and global trend in the design and building of single-story and multi-story constructions made of natural wood. Rezult is one of the largest woodworking holdings in Eastern Europe that is listed in the TOP 10. There is a full-cycle production facility located in the city of Korosten, Ukraine. The industrial park covers 200 hectares and has a production facility capacity of 1.2 million cubic meters of wood per year. The output capacity of CLT panels is 90 thousand m3 per year. CLT advantages are- ecological compatibility - reduction and conservation of CO2 emissions, healthy microclimate - due to the transverse structure of the longitudinal and transverse strips, CLT panels are non-shrinkable dried wood with a moisture content of 12%(+/- 2%) excludes infection with pests and fungi - energy saving: low natural thermal conductivity (0.13 W/mK) and high heat capacity (2.1 kJ/kg)- fire resistance - from 60 to 120 minutes reduction of period of finishing work - the panels are ready for interior decoration - 4 times lighter than concrete structures - used for multi-storey constructions - space saving due to wall thickness - implementation of complex architectural solutions guaranteed shelf life is over 50 years - high sound absorption -(PUR)- one-component polyurethane adhesive without formaldehydes CLT panel size is up to 18 m x 3,5 m Possible layers amount is 3, 5, 7 or 9 layers. Co-Haty

CO-HATY is a project that emerged in response to Ukraine’s housing crisis, which has been severely worsened by the full-scale war. Initially, it was a volunteer initiative started by the METALAB team and relocated members of the Urban Curators agency in March 2022. We brought together a community of partners and invited volunteers to join in the restoration of the first abandoned buildings. Today, we are a professional organisation creating housing and building communities with love and dignity. We implement architectural and urban expertise, cooperate with local governments and property owners, raise budgets for repairing and furnishing, coordinate the construction process, and design furniture for retrofitted spaces. CO-HATY focuses on developing existing collective housing systems based on the principles of sustainability, accessibility, and transparency. Our team has already completed seven projects, providing approximately 1,500 living spaces in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskyi, and Vinnytsia regions. Three new projects are in progress.
