It continues to be our solemn mission to seek out, discover, support, and bring forth talented musicians so that they may use their divine spark to shine at the brightest for the world to see.(Nava Music Academy) It has been perhaps one of most successful endeavors at Nava to provide our students with unique experiences that assisted them with finding whatever it may have been they sought to find in art or music, whether it be growth, creativity, or simply a new fun experience. Our record boasts of achievements from private classes with Maestros of Iranian music to producing record breaking online workshops, such as our music writing workshop with Maestro Ahmad Pejman. New Music Concerts
New Music Concerts (NMC), is a leader in curating, performing, and promoting innovative and uncompromisingly cutting-edge music by Canadian and international composers. NMC is internationally renowned and unique in Toronto as the foremost champion of contemporary works for large chamber ensemble. NMC commits to continuing the artistic rigor and excellence in the programming and performance of the best contemporary chamber music from Canada and around the globe. NMC's aim is to increasingly reflect in its programming Canada's ever-growing diversity of musicians, listeners, composers, and guest artists. NMC’s mandate is to create a dialogue between the voices of multiple musical traditions, both Amero-Euro-centric traditions and others less well represented, thus honing our audience’s listening skills and evolving our musical vocabulary through the careful juxtaposition of varying modes of composition. We want to celebrate the work of the most creative artists across all gender identities working in new music and related art forms today. And we plan to experiment with new modes of presentation, a creative selection of venues, and, whenever possible, to collaborate with exciting partner communities who have not yet had a chance to be actively drawn into this conversation.

A cultural ambassador, the Orchestre symphonique de Longueuil is the 4th largest symphony orchestra in Quebec. For 35 years, 52 professional musicians have been providing diverse musical performances and forging unique bonds with the audience. Among other things, the Orchestra’s mission is to provide the population with music of optimal quality, accessible to all audiences. We try, through our actions and artistic performances, to demystify the so-called “classical” music so that our spectators get closer to the “music.” Our mission is to democratize classical music. Elle attire chaque été plus de 450 étudiants universitaires, provenant des quatre coins du monde, venus étudier auprès de professeurs de renommée internationale. Le Festival Orford Musique est un prestigieux événement d’envergure internationale qui attire près de 25 festivaliers annuellement lors de la saison estivale. Sa riche programmation artistique se compose principalement d’une vingtaine de concerts professionnels, d’une quarantaine de concerts gratuits offerts par les étudiants de l’Académie Orford Musique et d’expositions d’arts visuels. We are not your average wedding band. Any wedding band can play good music. But not every band has what it takes to perform incredible music that melts your heart, gets you hot under the collar and your hands in the air dancing. Every. Single. Time. Our past clients will tell you – we know what it takes. Starting out in 1996, as students at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music in Australia – we started playing and just clicked. It was like we were made to perform together. Our audiences adored our chemistry on stage. Word spread, and we began to get requests to play at events, weddings and festivals, in other cities and across the globe. Now we’re lucky enough to be playing at weddings all around America, Canada and Australia.(Sometimes even further afield!) We go together like champagne and bubbles. You can’t fake that kind of chemistry. Unlike other bands who hire casual musicians to fill in gaps, you get the energetic vibe you need because we’re a close-knit group of friends. We’re not strangers meeting for the first time at your wedding – we’ve been performing together for years, and you can tell by the quality of our performances. We go together like champagne and bubbles with music that moves you – first to tears at the ceremony, then as you tear it up on the dancefloor. Being a part of your wedding day is what we love most. Since the beginning our band has grown and changed, but that friendship and chemistry has always been the same – and we’ve never lost our spark. I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Trish Moore. I have 26 years of experience in teaching piano and theory. No two students are the same so I try base my choice of method to the student. It's not 'one size fits all'. I use quite a few different method books. I also prepare students for RCM graded material and exams if they so choose. I have been fortunate that most of my students have earned great marks for their practical and/or theory exams. I also have various methods to start a student from age 5.
