Gothia Concentus Symphony Orchestra And Choir
Gothia Concentus är Västsveriges största semiprofessionella symfoniorkester och kör. Vi består av runt 100 medlemmar, såväl professionella och ambitiösa fritidsmusiker och sångare. Vi repeterar vart tredje lördag på Frölunda kulturhus i Göteborg och bjuder på flertal konserter från september till juni. Orkestern grundades hösten 2012 av dirigenten och altviolinisten Emanuel Kling och har på kort tid blivit en av Sveriges största ickeprofessionella symfoniorkestrar, med ungefär hundra musiker. Vi spelar en unik blandning av filmmusik, dataspelsmusik och klassiska verk. Föreningen är en ideell förening, som administrerar orkesterns konserter. Vi bokar lokaler, säljer biljetter, m.m. Alla som spelar i orkestern är medlemmar i föreningen, men även andra får gärna gå med. Vi tar även tacksamt emot ekonomiska bidrag. I believe most people can recognise poor audio quality from the first seconds of pressing play. Even the most developed ideas and breath taking vocal performances will be skipped in a millisecond. In the YouTube sphere a common saying is that "audio is half of video". Well, in audio, audio is all of audio. Musik I Syd Ab
The mission of Musik i Syd is to promote a rich, active and varied music life in Skåne and Kronoberg. As music producer and arranger, Musik i Syd plays a coordinating role and makes a strong contribution to the stimulation and development of music life for both children and adults. Musik i Syd also works as a partner in – and often the initiator of – a number of projects and festivals all over Kronoberg, Skåne and the Oresund Region. In addition to public concerts and projects, Musik i Syd arranges many concerts at daycares, schools, hospitals and residential care homes. In 2014, Musik i Syd arranged more than concerts in close collaboration with local arrangers. Musik i Syd leads and develops a number of qualified music projects as well as national and international collaborations. Musik i Syd even employs two ensembles full time – chamber orchestra Musica Vitae and Ensemble Mare Balticum. The concert hall in Kristianstad (Kulturkvarteret Kristianstad) and the Palladium in Malmö – a stage for music and modern dance – are run by Musik i Syd. Both of these venues produce several hundred concerts a year.
