Oic Cambodia
Many Cambodians have a communication or swallowing disorder, which has a huge impact on their quality of life. Yet there are few services to help them. OIC Cambodia is going to change that in three ways: 1 – by providing training in speech therapy across Cambodia 2 – by advocating at every level of community and government for speech therapy 3 – by establishing a speech therapy program at a university. We do not directly provide speech therapy services. Rather, we are establishing speech therapy as a profession in Cambodia, to ensure there are Cambodian speech therapists within the country that can offer comprehensive and sustainable speech therapy services. Currently, we are focusing on a training program for teachers, health professionals and government officials. Educating teachers will better integrate students with communication and swallowing disorders into their classrooms. Educating health professionals will help people with communication and swallowing disorders be more accurately diagnosed and treated. Educating government officials will strengthen the political will to provide speech therapy services across the country. Get connected with OIC Cambodia: Newsletter signup: http://eepurl.com/8wVKX

Ngo Avec Aide Volontaire Aux Enfants Du Cambodge
Since 2008, the NGO AVEC (Voluntary Aid for the Children of Cambodia) has stood as a bulwark against child trafficking and exploitation in Cambodia. In a country still scarred by poverty, corruption, and impunity, the most vulnerable children become easy targets. AVEC refuses to accept this fate. Our mission is simple but vital: to protect, educate, and rebuild. Through our secure shelter, we welcome children who are victims or at risk, offering them a place of care, peace, and attentive listening. Here, they find a protective environment, access to education, healthy food, medical care—and most importantly, a future. But AVEC is much more than just a roof over their heads. It’s a recreated family, psychosocial support, tailored schooling, and thoughtful reintegration into families whenever possible. We never give up on a child. We work hand in hand with local authorities, social workers, teachers, psychologists, and volunteers from around the world to fight human trafficking sustainably and break the cycles of violence and poverty.

European Foundation For Cambodian Children
Founded in 2014, the European Foundation for Cambodian Children (EFCC) is an NGO operating in Phnom Penh. Its mission is to provide access to education for the most vulnerable children, whose parents can not afford to send them to school. EFCC supports children until they become autonomous and enter the labour market. After years of action, EFCC welcomes more than 60 children, aged 3 to 18 every day. EFCC works with the local community, employing only Cambodians and regularly helping children's families (by providing them with rice, bread, medical products, clothes, etc.). We operate with an average of 6 to 8 volunteers. They offer their skills and experience to the benefit of the development of the NGO in the following areas: • Marketing and Communication (project management, growth hacking, social networks, WordPress, graphic design, etc.); • Finding new partnerships and sponsorships; • Management and Accounting; • Audiovisual (photography and video production). In addition, our volunteers support children in certain aspects of daily life (supervision of meals, manual and sports activities).
