He has successfully established himself as a skilled organizer and win a great reputation as a brilliant public speaker. During studying in college and university, he came in contact of several social and political organizations. However, he could not find any perfect ideology that could solve those issues to make his dream of creating a peaceful society. Eventually, in 1998 he came in contact with the founder of the Hezbut Tawheed movement, Muhammad Bayazeed Khan Panni for the first time. He got influenced by the views and thoughts of Hezbut Tawheed and Muhammad Bayazeed Khan Panni. In the same year he joined in the movement. Hezbut Tawheed is a Bangladesh based organization, which operates a nonpolitical and reformist movement countrywide. It was established in 1995 and begun its movement against misusing religion in politics, terrorism, racism, and communalism. From the very beginning, this movement is law-abiding and operates its activities following all the rules and regulations of the state. Till now from the beginning, this movement has no single record of being involved in subversive or criminal activity.

Amader Kotha Helpline
The Amader Kotha Helpline was first established in July 2014 to provide workers with a mechanism to report and resolve safety and other concerns in the RMG sector in Bangladesh. The Helpline was initially established as a project of the Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety following the Rana Plaza tragedy.
