Le Centre participe à d’importants réseaux de recherche nationaux et internationaux, notamment le Réseau international des Instituts Pasteur sur les maladies infectieuses, le Réseau de recherche en santé environnementale, le Centre interinstitutionnel de recherche en écotoxicologie du Québec et le Centre canadien pour l’éthique dans le sport. Grâce aux savoirs et savoir-faire de ses professeurs, le Centre accueille de plus 5 chaires de recherche du Canada.
