Our cafe "Pirizhok" is located in the historical center of Kharkiv, across from the T.G. Shevchenko monument. Back in the 70s, this place was known for selling famous pastries that were popular throughout Kharkiv. Today,"Pirizhok" is not just a place for delicious baked goods but also a venue for accessible Ukrainian cuisine with modern cooking techniques and impeccable service. The head chef and their team are deeply passionate about Ukrainian cuisine, diligently bringing to life both traditional recipes and their own creative vision. The menu includes red borscht with salo, solyanka, soups, salads, four types of handmade dumplings and varenyky (filled dumplings), traditional Kyiv-style cutlet, Transcarpathian-style fish, and seafood dishes. Aromatic homemade uzvar (fruit drink) and compote are integral parts of Ukrainian cuisine that we prepare by hand. Our pastries, dumplings, and delicious cakes are baked in our own confectionery workshop.
