Naturkompaniet’s oldest subsidiary, AB Scoutvaror, was founded in 1931 by the Swedish Scout Movement. In 1951, the name was changed from AB Scoutvaror to Friluftsmagasinet Scoutvaror AB and, in 1991, the name finally became Naturkompaniet. The Company has its branches, franchise stores as well as e-shopping. Naturkompaniet is owned by Fenix Outdoor AB listed on Nasdaq OMX Nordic Mid Cap. Galvin Green
The golf clothing brand Galvin Green was founded in 1990 by Tomas Nilsson. Back then, the wet-weather apparel market was very different from what it is today. Golf waterproofs were heavy and unwieldy raingear that was restricting the swing, came in just a few uninspiring colors, and didn’t always keep the rain out. Together with chief designer Mats Lundquist, Nilsson saw a gap in the market for a new type of waterproof clothing, they wanted to combine style with performance. Galvin Green invested in the best waterproof technology, incorporating the famous GORE-TEX® laminate technology, and introduced garments in new bold colors – bright blues, reds, and greens. In 1992 we made a bold impression with an unprecedented 39-page advertisement in a single edition of Sweden’s biggest golf magazine signaling that the brand had arrived. So too did the signing of the leading Swedish player at the time, Joakim Haeggman. In 1993 he was the first Swede to play in a European Ryder Cup team and he won the Volvo Scandinavian Masters in 1997 wearing Galvin Green clothing which propelled the premium-priced brand into the market. In 1996 Galvin Green added the first 3-layer WINDSTOPPER® garment to our collection to prevent wind chill. Seven years later we introduced the GORE-TEX PACLITE® jacket. The jacket offered golfers a lighter and more packable alternative to traditional waterproof apparel. Pockets and inner lining were stripped away to streamline the styling and provide a functional, lightweight waterproof garment that minimized swing restriction and maximized performance. The first half-zip waterproof garment was introduced in 1998; followed by fly-zip trousers; adjustable chest tabs; rain-channeled cuffs; and stretch fabric inserts. Another industry milestone came in 2004 with Galvin Green’s MULTI-LAYER CONCEPT. Before MLC, golfers had limited options for wet weather apparel - usually a polo and a bulky waterproof jacket without breathability. Galvin Green created a new

The technology was invented by Magnus Granhed, the founder and owner of RECCO AB, in the 1980s. Today the RECCO system is a global standard for avalanche rescue and is utilized by professional rescuers worldwide. The two-part technology consists of RECCO reflectors that are integrated into consumer products as apparel, helmets, protection gear, and boots. The RECCO® detectors are used by professional rescuers to search for and find people equipped with RECCO reflectors. Budo & Fitness Sport is one of the Nothern Europes leading companies with a special focus on products for Martial Arts and Gym training. Our keywords are inspiration, knowledge, quality and results. The story of the Budo & Fitness Stores started in November 1992. The very reputable Budo Nord store, which since the 70s has been a leading supplier in budo / martial arts in Sweden, located on Sveavägen in Stockholm, then merged with the then training-oriented Health & Fitness store. The two specialized store concepts with "Budo" from Budo Nord and "Fitness" from the Health & Fitness store merged and formed "Budo & Fitness Store" with the best of both concepts. The development for Budo & Fitness was not long in coming and the success was a fact. After a few years, the Budo Nord stores in Gothenburg and Malmö were also converted. When the foundation for the store chain was laid, stores were opened all over the country. In 2009, we opened Europe's largest Budo & Fitness department store in Stockholm - Budo & Fitness Megastore. Head office, central warehouse and webshop also moved here. In 2013, Budo & Fitness' own dietary supplement series Black Line was launched. The products quickly became much appreciated and so noticed that in addition to the Budo & Fitness stores, they were also distributed by Sweden's second largest health food chain Hälsokraft with stores across the country. 2018 Budo & Fitness merged with SBI Sport and together formed Northern Europe's largest company in Martial Arts. Kang aims to produce the best alpine ski poles in the world. We want skiers to care about their poles. Design you talk about, materials you care about and functions you dream about. At the same time Kang cares about snow and the Alpine environment we ski in. Because if we don't care there might not be any snow left for future generations. We strive to make the smallest environmental impact possible. We focus on limiting the amount of energy we use in production and we hope to someday have poles completely made out of natural materials. But we never do it on the expense of product quality simply because quality poles will last longer.
