Annick Drink c’est avant tout une histoire de détermination et de passion qui nous a amené à créer quelque chose d'unique. Tout a commencé avec Annick, qui s'est lancée, en 2016 dans un extraordinaire voyage en solitaire à vélo sur un coup de tête de Bruxelles à Lucas, en Italie. Avec un esprit sans limite et une soif d'aventure, Annick s'est lancée dans cet incroyable voyage, parcourant 1200 km en 13 jours. Tout au long de son expédition, Annick s'est imprégnée de la beauté des paysages pittoresques et du riche patrimoine culturel de l'Italie. Cependant, il manquait quelque chose à son voyage : une boisson capable de procurer le même plaisir que le vin, mais avec une teneur en alcool plus faible. Annick n'a jamais aimé la bière, et elle rêvait d'une boisson délicieuse qui capturerait l'essence du vin tout en offrant une expérience plus légère. Des années plus tard, inspirée par la quête personnelle d'Annick, nous sommes fiers de vous présenter notre entreprise et nos exceptionnels vins biologiques pétillants à faible teneur en alcool. Motivés par la quête d'Annick d'une expérience vinicole plus équilibrée et plus agréable, nous nous sommes consacrés à l'élaboration des meilleurs vins mousseux italiens du marché, avec une teneur en alcool d'à peine 3% vol. Ce qui nous distingue vraiment : notre engagement inébranlable à préserver le goût authentique du vin. Nous y parvenons en utilisant des raisins 100 % biologiques, soigneusement sélectionnés pour garantir la meilleure qualité et les meilleurs arômes. Nos vins sont élaborés sans processus de désalcoolisation ni ajout de CO2, ce qui permet de conserver toute la richesse du raisin. Nous sommes fiers de dire que nous sommes présents dans quelques restaurants 2 étoiles Michelin. Santa Tresa
Santa Tresa is a 50 ha organic estate located in the winemaker paradise of Vittoria (RG), in the south east of Sicily. At Santa Tresa we work in harmony with nature to make expressive, authentic Sicilian wines, which are rigorously organic. Behind the ancient estate of Feudo di Santa Tresa lies a dynamic partnership between the northern Italian Girelli family. It was in the early 1990s that brother and sister Stefano and Marina Girelli, wine entrepreneurs from Trentino, discovered the wonderful vineyards of Sicily. In 2001, Santa Tresa was acquired by Stefano and Marina, who immediately started the project to overhaul the entire estate completely – culminated with obtaining the official organic certification in 2009. “TERRA ROSSA” RED SOIL: Our vines are enriched by particular nutrients found in the Santa Tresa Terra Rossa, resulting in grapes which are a direct reflection of this special terroir. ORGANIC & BIODIVERSITY: Our microclimate and bio-diversity are perfect for organic. Organic is not just a choice, but a philosophy! A MEETING OF CULTURES: Nowhere better represents the meeting of cultures than the island of Sicily. CERASUOLO DI VITTORIA: Cerasuolo, the famous wine of Vittoria and Sicily’s only DOCG, has a long connection with Santa Tresa: in the 1950s Santa Tresa was the one of two producers ever to make Cerasuolo di Vittoria and label as such.

Terre Nere Montalcino is a family-owned, organic boutique winery located in the southeast area of the Montalcino appellation, an area renowned for its ideal exposures and highly expressive Sangiovese. The estate produces bottles per year, divided between Brunello di Montalcino, Brunello Riserva and Rosso di Montalcino. Our vineyards thrive on a combination of galestro and darker, mineral-rich “terre nere” soils, which provide tension, depth, and a distinctive mineral character. Farming is fully certified organic, and our winemaking follows a minimally interventionist philosophy. Fermentations occur spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, enhancing purity and terroir expression. Maturation takes place in large Slavonian oak casks, respecting the tradition of Montalcino and allowing the Sangiovese to develop elegance, structure, and longevity. The result is a collection of wines defined by finesse, authenticity, and a strong sense of place. Our focus: authenticity, biodiversity, and a respectful, minimal-intervention style that expresses the unique character of our Montalcino terroir.

Siamo vitivinicoltori in Lizzano, tra Taranto e Manduria, da cinque generazioni. I nostri vigneti sono collocati ad un paio di km dal mare e vinifichiamo esclusivamente uve di proprietà e di vitigni autoctoni nell'antico palmento di famiglia. Seguiamo personalmente e integralmente la filiera, dal 2004, applicando per tutti i vigneti e quindi per tutti i vini esclusivamente metodo biologico e naturale, con l’obiettivo di ottenere vini che esprimano autenticamente il nostro territorio. Non irrighiamo, non concimiamo, non sottoponiamo i vigneti ad alcuna forzatura. I vigneti sono piantati ad alta densità e la resa delle uve è bassissima. In cantina non impieghiamo coadiuvanti chimici, le fermentazioni avvengono spontaneamente grazie a lieviti indigeni. Riteniamo che il vino non si produca in cantina, ma che si ottenga innanzitutto in vigna, pur seguendo la spontanea inclinazione delle piante e dell'annata. Per questo scegliamo di vinificare solo in inox e in purezza, senza indebite e forzate influenze. Il nostro obiettivo consiste nel valorizzare la nostra terra, che amiamo profondamente, e la tradizione vitivinicola locale, proponendo vini salubri ma allo stesso tempo pregevoli, che coniugano qualità e natura. We produce natural wines from our own selected and local grapes, grown in family-owned vineyards. We take care of and control every step, from the cultivation, through the vinification in our ancient cellars, to the bottling. Our aim is to offer fine and wholesome wines that express the authentic flavors given naturally by the terroir; so each wine is produced with the relative variety only and we refuse to alter them during the winemaking. All the bottles have European quality marks (DOP and IGP) and organic European certification.

L'azienda vitivinicola Pietreionne nasce nel comune di Ponte, piccolo centro del Sannio, già esistente in epoca romana, che deve il suo nome alla presenza di un imponete ponte romano “Ad Pontem Lapideum” sul quale passava la Via Latina che collegava Roma a Benevento. L’azienda si estende sulle colline dove il verde dei vigneti fa da protagonista. Pietreionne è l’antico nome della località in cui sorgono i vigneti che alleviamo da oltre 4 generazioni. “Un vino diventa tale solo quando trasmette emozioni”, è questo il punto di riferimento quotidiano che l’enologo Daniele Giovanni Corbo utilizza per trasmette la sua passione per il vino, nata in giovane età ed ereditata dai suoi avi. Una passione andata via via crescendo, alimentata dal forte legame con la propria terra che ha portato a sviluppare con carattere quello che è uno dei vitigni più rappresentativi del Sannio, il Falanghina. Ed e proprio il Falanghina, ad essere punto di riferimento dei grandi progetti, e alla base dei Cru e della Spumantizzazione secondo Metodo Classico.
