Cantina Beato Bartolomeo Da Breganze
Cantina Beato Bartolomeo da Breganze is located in Veneto region, in Breganze a small town of people, about an hour from Venice. The winery was founded on Valentine's Day in 1950 by 121 farmers. The Winery takes its name from Beato Bartolomeo, a Dominican friar who lived in the 13th century, considered one of the most prestigious figures in Breganze. The grapes that are produced in this area are Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco, Glera, Chardonnay, Tai Bianco and Vespaiola. Red berried grapes are Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Nero and Marzemina. The vineyards in the Breganze area are located above all in a hilly area, with excellent sun exposure and volcanic and alluvial soils.

Cantina Cellaro nasce nel 1969 a Sambuca di Sicilia grazie alla volontà di un gruppo di soci che decidono di fondare una cantina sociale per il territorio. La cantina ha registrato negli anni uno sviluppo significativo (fino a raggiungere una capacità di oltre ettolitri), configurandosi come simbolo di un territorio autentico che custodisce tradizioni enologiche antichissime e le combina con una costante innovazione tecnologica, e contando ad oggi oltre 600 soci. Da oltre 50 anni, i nostri vini raccontano un mosaico di territori che, a partire da Sambuca di Sicilia, si estende tra le province di Agrigento, Trapani e Palermo: un insieme eterogeneo di suoli, latitudini e microclimi che rendono ognuna delle nostre bottiglie unica e irripetibile. Dal 2010 siamo partner di Fantini Group, grazie a cui ci siamo inseriti con successo nel panorama vitivinicolo mondiale.

Cantina Kurtatsch
Vineyards on breathtakingly steep slopes from 220-900m a.s.l- such a large difference in altitude within one municipality is unique in Europe. The low elevations are among the warmest in Alto Adige and are perfect for important red wines. On the high-altitude sites, the white varieties find ideal conditions. The wide array of elevations and soil types dictates the philosophy of the province’s southernmost cooperative: to produce distinctive wines that reflect their terroir in the best way possible. A young team, since 2014 led by the winery’s president, Andreas Kofler, has oriented the winery towards sustainable management. Thanks to the 190 small-structured family farms that cultivate 190 hectares of vineyards, the best grape material can be selected. Cantine Paolo Leo Srl
Se è vero che dietro ogni bottiglia di vino c'è sempre una storia da raccontare, quella dei vini PaoloLeo è una storia semplice e bella, come tutte le storie di famiglia. Sono state ben cinque le generazioni di viticoltori che, uniti da una passione per il vino e senza mai allontanarsi dalla propria terra, hanno costruito ciascuno un pezzo di storia della cantina che, oggi come allora, sorge a sud di Brindisi, nella cittadina di San Donaci portando ancora il loro nome. La PaoloLeo è oggi un'azienda moderna con una sede di mq, una linea di imbottigliamento completamente automatizzata, una capacità di ettolitri di vino e 500 barrique francesi e americane per l'invecchiamento dei vini. Ma il "cuore" di tutta l'attuale superficie vitata sono ancora quei 25 ettari dove il bisavolo cominciò agli inizi del Novecento a vinificare le sue uve nella Masseria Monticello. Fu poi suo nipote Paolo Leo ad ereditare la terra e a costruire la cantina. E oggi è ancora un erede, l'omonimo Paolo Leo, a guidare la cantina, insieme a sua moglie Roberta e ai figli maggiori, Nicola e Stefano. Pagina ufficiale:

This love guides us in all our choices: in the vineyards we cultivate, in the cellars where our wines age, in the countryside where we live, in the hills where we walk with our children on sunny winter days. We have been producing wine since the ‘30s. Over the last twenty years we have embarked on a journey to adopt more environmentally sustainable farming methods, and obtained organic certification in 2015. Together with chef Enrico Crippa, we are the founding members of the Piazza Duomo restaurant, the only one in Piedmont with three Michelin stars.

The vineyards are cultivated with native grapes: Primitivo, Negroamaro, Malvasia, Salice Salentino and Fiano Minutolo. The most popular autochthonous grape that traces back to Puglia is Primitivo. Our production can be divided in different lines:"CLASSICA"('basic' wines),"CRU"(medium),"ORGANIC" and "TOP". Salcheto
Salcheto is Sangiovese, Quality and Sustainability. Salco means the willow tree in the ancient Tuscan language, an important plant for wine territories throughout history as its branches were used to bind the vines. Salcheto is the name of the stream which springs at the foot of the town of Montepulciano and winds through a valley where willows abounded.This stream is the boundary of our organic and biodynamic estate, rooted in the historic district of Vino Nobile, in the southeast of the Siena province of Tuscany. The willow tree, a species that we continue to replant at the winery, also contributes to the winery’s energy independence, is today prominently represented in our logo as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability. Our mission is to seek quality, both in the vineyard and the cellar, with an unfailing respect for the character of the grapes.

Tenuta La Novella is a Biodynamic Winery & EV Olive Oil Producer nestled between the Ema Valley and the Valdarno in the Chianti Classico area of Tuscany. Tenuta Roletto
Established in the 1920s, Tenuta Roletto sprawls across the hills of Canavese, in Piedmont, Italy. Founded by Giovanni Tinetti, originally a tanner, the estate has been passed down through successive generations and is now led by Domenica Zabella and Antonino Iuculano. The pronounced minerality and the hills of morainic origin allow our flagship grape, Erbaluce, to thrive luxuriantly. The incredible versatility of Erbaluce, a native white grape of Northern Piedmont, enables us to produce it in three variations: Metodo Classico, Still, and sweet Passito. In addition, we also craft outstanding red wines from native grape varieties such as Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Freisa, along with the highly local Neretto di San Giorgio.

Viticcio has been making wine since 1964 among the rolling green hills of Tuscan wine country in Greve in Chianti, between Florence and Siena. The winery’s vinicultural production began with the desire to capture and embody the potential of Chianti Classico, and it wasn’t long before Viticcio wines became renowned for their true and high quality expression of the Tuscan terroir. Since then, the winery has grown to encompass 120 hectares of estate-owned land among the hills of Chianti Classico and Maremma and it now produces wines from these two prestigious territories. Today Viticcio winemaking team carries forward the production of their estates, making wines that express the most authentic link between nature and man. Driven by passion and enthusiasm to make wines classic and elegant, yet with a fresh outlook on the terroir. Viticcio team in the vineyards and cellar is made up of people who have grown up together in Chianti and share extensive experience in the field, as well as a deep love for the land. The respect and care they feel for the territory begins in their hearts and is transferred to the careful vineyard management and cellar techniques they practice. Viticcio honours the treasured traditions that teach invaluable winemaking knowledge, and balances this with innovative technologies. Just as importantly, to respect the environment and percept the essential need in leaving the land healthy and fertile for the next generations. Indeed, the vineyards have always been cultivated using organic techniques and natural treatments as much as possible. Since 2003, eight hectares of vineyards are cared for using biodynamic methods; and since 2013, our entire production has been totally organic. A wine’s high quality begins in the vineyard. Only by respecting the land are we able to grow naturally wonderful grapes to make an exceptional product.

Here at Falezze, we are truly passionate about creating a limited edition of exclusive Valpolicella for those who love and appreciate the finest wines. Our company has been run by the same family for three generations and its history dates back more than eighty-five years. It is located in the municipality of Illasi, in the Valle di Mezzane, in the production area of Valpolicella DOC (PDO – Protected Designation of Origin). Our home and winery is surrounded by hazelnut and oak woods, olive groves and historic vineyards in a unique environment that is ideal for growing vines. Wine has always been made here, and still today we use traditional methods and respect the rhythms of nature and the seasons. From our home, and particularly from the terrace where we have our tastings, we look out over a vast, rolling landscape like no other. It extends all the way from the slopes of the Lessini mountains down to the Po valley- In Falezze, ogni anno, mettiamo una passione smisurata, in una produzione esclusiva e limitata di vini della Valpolicella dedicata a palati curiosi e appassionati. La nostra azienda, una piccola realtà famigliare giunta oggi alla terza generazione e a oltre 85 anni di storia, si trova nel comune di Illasi, valle di Mezzane, nella zona di produzione della Valpolicella DOC. La nostra casa cantina è circondata da boschi di noccioli e roveri, ulivi e vigne storiche che rappresentano un unicum ambientale, ideale per la coltivazione della vite che qui da noi si è sempre fatta con metodiche tradizionali e rispettandone i ritmi naturali. Malenchini Winery
