Dopo quasi 100 anni di storia, in cui l’amore per il territorio e la cura per le vigne sono stati tramandati come un’eredità preziosa di padre in figlio, attraversando ben quattro generazioni, Mottura è oggi un’azienda leader nel Salento, un’eccellenza italiana nel mondo per la produzione di vini di qualità. La sede dell’azienda è da sempre a Tuglie, una piccola località nel sud del Salento. La sede è quella originaria, una bellissima tenuta di fine Ottocento, di respiro barocco. È qui che avviene il lento maturare dei vini, in barriques a tonneaux di rovere, fino al comporsi degli aromi, dei colori e delle atmosfere della sua terra. After almost 100 years of history, in which love for the land and care of the vineyards have been passed down as a precious legacy from father to son over as many as four generations, Mottura is now a leading company in Salento, an Italian excellence worldwide in the production of fine wines. The company has always been based in Tuglie, a small town in the south of Salento. It is the original site, a beautiful late 19th century estate with a Baroque feel. This is where our wines are slowly aged, in oak barriques and tonneaux, until the aromas, colours and atmospheres of their land have developed.

Muratori Wine
We are a family strongly rooted in the Franciacorta Territory. For over twenty years we have been putting our passion into the production of wines that reflect the values and identity of our history. For us, “Muratori” means evolving every day, in the name of continuity: this is the essence of our winery. From the 2020 harvest, the famous wine maker Riccardo Cotarella and his team follow the production of Muratori Wines. Valuable advice and collaboration based on sharing the passion for Franciacorta and the love for its grapes. Since the beginning, the most representative wines of the company are the Zero Dosages: the most authentic interpretation of the soil. Symbiotic is the challenge of the biological path with the decennial experience of vinification without the use of sulfur dioxide. THE MURATORI FAMILY MANAGES ITS VINEYARDS ORGANICALLY. A photovoltaic system, suspen - ded above one of the vineyards adjacent to the cellar (one of the first built in Italy), ensures energy selfsufficiency. Rocca Di Frassinello
Inaugurated in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma on June 30, 2007, the Rocca di Frassinello winery was born as a joint venture between Castellare di Castellina and Domaines Barons de Rothschild-Château Lafite, an unmistakable name in the greatest wines of France and of the world. A project in the center of Maremma, between Bolgheri and Montalcino, that benefits from the dually celebrated oenological experience of both partners. In this area the vine historically flourished for about 3 thousand years since the time of the Etruscans, who cultivated it by utilizing surrounding trees as a support for the vines. Paolo Panerai and Barone Eric de Rothschild specifically selected the hill in front of the town of Giuncarico, in the municipality of Gavorrano, as the ideal place to cultivate vineyards. Here a constant breeze is channelled from the sea, wicking moisture and moderating the climate both in winter and summer. It took two years to unite the five plots that make up the estate’s 500 hectares, of which 83 are planted to vine. With conscious attention to environmental sustainability, the attentive project preserved forests inside the property boundaries encouraging biodiversity. Vineyards of Sangioveto (a specific Sangiovese clone selected at Castellare that represents 50% of total hectares), Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Vermentino give birth to wines that combine the best of Italy and France. To further validate the international ambitions of the estate, architect Renzo Piano signed the project of the cellar: an elegant and highly functional building on the highest hill of the amphitheater of Rocca di Frassinello.

Borgo Delle Rose
In un territorio unico, caratterizzato dai suoli pietrosi e ben drenati dei “Magredi”, termine che designa un drappo di terreni di origine alluvionale situati nel versante occidentale dell’Alta Pianura friulana, Ivana Cimolai, secondogenita di Armando e Albina Cimolai, fondatori della Cimolai S.p.A. e dell’omonimo gruppo industriale, decide nel 1993 di trasformare l’amore per la terra e i suoi frutti in azienda agricola, dando vita a Borgo delle Rose, tenuta di 400 ettari ai piedi delle Prealpi Carniche, di cui 70 messi a vite.

Cantina Barone A Prato
La cantina indipendente Barone a Prato coltiva e vinifica il Pinot Nero Castelsegonzano ed il Cabernet dello Scalco dal 1885, a Piazzo di Segonzano nel cuore della Val di Cembra. Giovanni Napoleone a Prato fu il primo enologo, ricercatore e coltivatore diretto, e grazie alle sue esplorazioni portò per primo in Trentino le barbatelle di Pinot nero a Piazzo. Ai piedi delle rovine del Castelsegonzano, i pregiati vigneti di Pinot Nero e Gewürztraminer incorporano fascino di tempo e sapienza. Nel decennio fra il XIX e il XX secolo, intorno al 1885 l’enologo Giovanni Napoleone a Prato, dopo gli studi compiuti a Dresda, Vienna e Klosterneuburg ed essersi specializzato nei vigneti francesi, spagnoli, della Tunisia e Sicilia, introdusse a Segonzano il Pinot Nero, chiamato allora impropriamente Borgogna, e il Cabernet. A questi vitigni, coltivati ormai da quattro generazioni, l’Azienda ha affiancato da qualche anno la coltivazione del Gewürztraminer. Paolo a Prato, enotecnico diplomato all’Istituto Agrario di San Michele a/A, cura personalmente ogni fase della produzione del vino con uno stile quanto mai personale, vinifica con metodi assolutamente tradizionali nel rispetto della sostenibilità. I vini della cantina indipendente Barone a Prato dimostrano classe e originalità. La punta di diamante della produzione è il Pinot Nero “Castelsegonzano” elegante ed avvolgente, sempre fresco. Robusto il Cabernet “dello Scalco”, inebriante e secco il Gewürztraminer “559 LuLu”. Oggi come allora si lavora per affinare ogni giorno la vinificazione, e preservare una cultura enologica forte di secolare esperienza, animata da una vivace passione per il gusto di imbottigliare solo il meglio che dona la natura unita alla mano ed al sapere dell’uomo. “Vini d’Alta quota, che gli eroici gesti del nobile contadino trasformano in vini d’alta qualità e spiccata riconoscibilità”

Colle Petrito is a young, dynamic and family-run winery. The winery is currently managed by the founding members and the second generation which, next to the first, carries out a great design : to raise awareness of history and quality of Apulian wines all over the world. ascina Gilli is situated in Monferrato in the heart of Asti Region, between Castelnuovo Don Bosco and Albugnano, surrounded by hills cultivated with vineyards. A land that has always been naturally vocated with winemaking. The winery comprises an historic Villa built in 18th century and farmhouse surrounded by a spectacular view on around 12 hectares of vineyards. Generazione Alessandro è il progetto di tre cugini - Benedetto, Anna e Benedetto Alessandro - che da diversi anni, insieme ai loro padri, portano avanti la cantina di famiglia in provincia di Palermo. Forti del loro percorso nell’azienda Alessandro di Camporeale e dopo essersi specializzati nel settore vitivinicolo, decidono di sviluppare un nuovo progetto sull’Etna, per dare vita a vini dalla forte identità. L’azienda si estende per circa dieci ettari sul versante nord-est del vulcano. I vigneti ricadono su appezzamenti che, sebbene molto ravvicinati, presentano caratteristiche geomorfologiche e microclimatiche diverse, influenzando profondamente la resa delle uve. L’antico palmento ospita la cantina di vinificazione.

La Torre Alle Tolfe
La Torre alle Tolfe is an organic estate just a few km away from Siena comprising a medieval Borgo with accommodations in a historic villa, an organic restaurant, vineyards, and olive groves. It's the ideal location for retreats, weddings, wine and olive oil tastings, cooking classes, cultural and outdoor activities. Guests can embrace a slow-paced life while admiring the spectacular views from our Borgo overlooking the majestic Siena and its green hills by choosing to spend their holidays in the villa's rooms or in one of its 2 apartments fully equipped with a kitchen and access to all the main facilities. The estate covers 100 hectares, including vineyards, olive groves, arable fields, and forests, extending over rolling hills towards Siena and out towards the heart of the Chianti region. The entire property is run as a certified organic farm, producing various wines and premium olive oil, with the arable land producing a variety of organic grains and pulses. The lack of pesticides and other intensive agrochemicals means that the fields and forests are also home to a rich fauna and a remarkable variety of wildflowers. In addition, we created special corners dedicated to our farm, a vegetable garden to provide guests with fresh and genuine products, and a herbs garden to delight them with local aromas. Last but not least, guests staying at the Borgo can even enjoy playing tennis or bowls on our exclusive fields, while all guests, including external ones, can come by our restaurant and taste some authentic food specialties both for lunch and dinner! All guests are also able to take part in a number of culinary, sport and cultural experiences which are on offer on the premises.
