Chateau Sarco

Ian Hall Mr Hall represents four generations of farmers, vintners/ viticulturist, and now as a proprietors in the world renowned Napa Valley. Sarco Meaning Sarco means flesh, like the skin of our wine grapes. In order for red wine to pick up color and tannins, It must age on the skins. Sarco Creek also runs through our 7 acre estate. For Chateau Saco, it also represents the intense thick skin of our Estate Malbec and other favorable famous red varietals of the renowned Napa Valley. Chateau Sarco produces bold reds such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab Franc, Bordeaux Blends, and a Estate Malbec. We also have a beautiful lineup of whites, sparkling, and roses. We are very passionate about the quality of culture and community. Chateau Sarco Estate Vineyard and Farm will be opening an organic community garden-market with lifestyle memberships this summer-2024.

Cotton Blossom Winery

Cotton Blossom was formed in early 2019. We started on a hope and a prayer! Not knowing how our little community would support the idea of being home to a winery, we took the leap. We are so glad we did! By closing time of our grand opening day we were left with only about 20 bottles of wine. Cotton Blossom was a hit! We have been blessed to have a tremendous amount of support from our community! All of our wines are produced in house. We specialize in small batch, hand crafted wines. Our brand includes 20 varieties. Our line features sweet to dry wines, so there is sure to be something that fits every palate. We offer complimentary tastings during our normal business hours. Dendric Estate

Situated in a high mountain valley between the year-round resort town of Park City and the Uinta National Forest, Dendric Estate is producing dry mountain ciders on a 20 acre property. A high-density trellised orchard is managed using organic and regenerative practices to benefit the land and reduce water consumption. First products will be available mid-2025, with a public tasting room scheduled to open late-2025. Divine Llama Vineyards

About Us: Started in 2007 by Michael and Patricia West and joined by friends Leslie Messick and Paul Baumbach in 2019 the vineyard, tasting room, and llama farm are nestled on 91 serene acres of rolling hills in the Yadkin Valley Appellation in North Carolina. Nationally recognized for a wide variety of award winning wines, beautiful scenery, the largest llama farm in the Southeast, and a unique and memorable experience. We look forward to sharing it with you. Llama Trekking: Llamas are the perfect hiking partner. They have low impact on the trails, are super friendly and great conversationalists! The treks are about 2 miles long wandering over rolling hills and following along Miller Creek. We take a water break about half way beside the creek. This provides a perfect spot for pictures with your llama while feeding them treats. We trek most Saturdays and Sundays in the Spring, Fall and Winter. Reservations must be made ahead of time and there are limited spaces available. All individuals going on a Llama Trek must be at least 10 years of age. Treks begin and end near the wine tasting facility where you can complete the trek experience with a bottle of wine. OUR WINES The vines were planted in Spring 2007. Currently four grape varieties are planted (Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonel, and Traminette) and eleven wines are offered. Wines include five dry reds and whites, two semi dry reds and whites, a sweeter white, a sweeter rose, a semi sweet white blended with peach, a semi sweet red blended with blackberry.
