Linville Falls Winery
We're Linville Falls Winery, and we're a family owned and operated vineyard, winery, and farm in the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains. With "old man" Jack Wiseman at the helm and the grandkids following close behind in his passion for cultivating grapes and winemaking, we are pioneering wine in the Appalachian High Country. Our 40 acre vineyard and farm is situated just north of the Blue Ridge Parkway and Linville Gorge in a fertile valley between hills filled with rows of lush, green vines. Our grape varieties include Seyval Blanc, Vidal Blanc, Noiret, Marquette, Petit Verdot, Marechal Foch, and our flagship grape, Riesling. But throughout our farm you'll also find blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, heirloom apples, pumpkins, corn, and of course, Christmas Trees. At an elevation of 3,200-3,400 feet, the grapevines thrive in our mountain climate. Cool nights and low humidity allow our grapes to ripen slow while developing fresh, vibrant flavors, giving way to wonderful wines. We are part of the Appalachian High Country AVA, which is a unique growing area that defines our specific climate and stretches 2,400 square miles across eight counties and 3 states. We are excited about the wines that will be created in this growing for generations to come!

Liquid Farm
Liquid Farm was founded in 2009 with the intention of producing old world style wines that can be appreciated, enjoyed, and shared. The name Liquid Farm is exactly what it sounds like,"liquid from farming.” It is not about one person, it’s about the family vineyards we work with and our focus from the beginning is to showcase the “unicorn” vineyards of Sta. Rita Hills. Our winemaking philosophy is natural to allow the wines to be in their purest forms without the use of modern manipulations. The Sta. Rita Hills is one of the most unique growing areas in North America due to a cool coastal influence that helps to keep high natural acidity in the wines that we produce. Our primary love has always been to make a Burgundian-style Chardonnay and as the project evolved we have been fortunate enough to work with kick-ass vineyards that has expanded our project to include Pinot Noir and Bandol-style Rosé.

Merkin Vineyards
We are on a mission to deliver a 100% Arizona experience to our extended family and community. It’s a mission few would choose to take on, but essential when regional, sustainable, and a sense of place are the goal. The majority of our fruits and vegetables are farmed in our Verde Valley greenhouses, gardens, and orchards. What we don’t grow, we source locally. All of our pastas and breads are made from scratch using Arizona Heirloom and Italian milled wheat flour by our Chefs and the magical kitchen staff. Mother Nature beats the drum to which we march and jump. Our menu remains flexible and changes weekly or even daily depending on her whims. It’s a challenge and journey we gladly embrace. All of our wines are produced by MJ Keenan and his team from our 110 acres of Estate Vineyards in both the Verde Valley and Willcox, Arizona. Caduceus Cellars currently has five different blocks in Northern Arizona. 4900ft, the Judiths Block on Cleopatra Hill, Jerome, AZ, is a combination of limestone, volcanic, and sedimentary rock. 3500 ft, The Marzo Block and at 3300 ft, The Agostina block are covered with fine river sediment over a bed of calcareous substrate. The Elephante block, in Cornville, AZ, has a minimum of 5 different soils/terrain profiles all on a 28 acre site. The Southwest Wine Center, Yavapai College Block is nestled in the alluvial foothills of Mingus Mountain. All this peppered with volcanic magic dust. The main fruit source for Merkin Vineyards is the historic 70 acre Buhl Memorial Vineyard, in the Kansas Settlement of Willcox, Arizona. One Woman Wines & Vineyards
For Claudia Purita, sustainability and self-reliance have always been a way of life. Growing up on her family’s farm in Calabria, Italy, Claudia assisted in growing vegetables and wine grapes and raising small animals from a very young age. At her father, Domenico’s side, she learned to value the land and the fruits that it provides. After moving to Long Island and spending several years in the restaurant industry, Claudia decided it was time to “return to her roots.” Much of the vineyard was hand-planted, and each vine has been meticulously tended to by Claudia’s exacting touch. Day in and out, she has labored, mainly by herself, to produce the highest quality fruit. The superiority of her work is evident in each of the wines made from the vineyard. A few sips will lead you to appreciate what one woman’s hard work can produce.

The Mascot
The Mascot is a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon made from distinct hillside vineyards: specifically, the younger vines of Harlan Estate, BOND, and Promontory. Founded by Will Harlan, it began as a small, informal project shared among the family, the winemaking team, and a handful of close friends. Drawing fruit from recently replanted blocks within the vineyards, The Mascot reveals its distinguished pedigree while offering insight into the evolution of its parent properties: a youthful promise of their future. The Mascot began as a family wine, unnamed, unlabeled—a blend made for and poured at the family's table. The components were of the highest pedigree, harvested from the younger vines of the domain.
