Additionally, I partner with our events team, where I've helped strengthen team culture and engagement while optimizing processes for their 200+ annual experiences. What energizes me is building inclusive environments where teams feel empowered and engaged while creating systems that scale without sacrificing quality. My approach combines analytical problem-solving with authentic people leadership, focusing on both operational excellence and team development. By emphasizing genuine hospitality and continuous growth, our teams consistently deliver memorable experiences for partners and colleagues alike. I believe in building cultures where curiosity drives innovation and where every team member can contribute their unique perspectives to solve our most interesting challenges. A global citizen from the start – born in Australia, I had called four continents home by age 10. While Washington, DC shaped much of my professional journey and holds a special place in my heart, I now call Atlanta home, where I live with my husband and two boys. This international perspective has profoundly influenced my leadership style, bringing a unique blend of adaptability and cultural awareness to every role I’m in.
