About Annie Weber

Hi there! I'm Annie, a dedicated childcare Director with a passion for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners. With 5 years of experience in early childhood education, I lead a team of compassionate educators, focused on fostering each child's growth and development through play-based learning. Let's connect and work together to shape a bright future for our little ones! My passion is to improve the lives of others, through recreation, and education. During my time at Ohio University, as a Recreation Studies Master student, I was given the tools and knowledge to develop programs and community projects. In twelve months, I had taught over 200 undergraduate students and was awarded a Master of Science in Recreation and Sport Sciences, in the Patton College of Education. In my leisure time, I actively engage in a variety of recreation pursuits; Marathon running, fitness boxing and spinning classes. I train and compete with friends, family and community members to motivate myself, along with others, in their recreation and leisure journey. As Phillip C. Mcgraw has quoted,"Life's a marathon, not a sprint". I focus on the process of long-term goals, and complete small, measurable goals to achieve my personal and professional aspirations.
