I have now been a Partner in Ariff Rozhan & Co since July 2015. I have close to 20 years of experience in dispute resolution with a predominant focus on Trial work and have appeared at all levels of the Malaysian judicial system including its apex court, the Federal Court. I have been instructed as lead counsel in a plethora of cases involving claims for fraud and conspiracy, insolvency, negligence and contractual disputes involving elements of undue influence.
