As a dedicated student at UNC Charlotte, I actively balance academics with hands-on experience in the workforce. Known for my ability to thrive in dynamic environments, I consistently apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges. My passion lies in the sports & entertainment industry, where I bring a blend of ambition, altruism, and opportunism to every project. Hands-On Experience Currently, I work with premier sports venues such as Bank of America Stadium (Charlotte FC and Carolina Panthers), Spectrum Center (Charlotte Hornets and major concerts), and Charlotte Motor Speedway (NASCAR and music festivals). My hands-on experience on game days, concert days, and setup days has deepened my understanding of the operational dynamics behind the scenes in this fast-paced environment. Internships Recently, I completed an internship with Elevate (April 2024 – June 2025) as a Data Associate. In this role, I was responsible for gathering and analyzing external data, creating concise summaries for potential company clients. The role involved extensive data scraping, developing spreadsheets, and creating visually compelling presentations using through PowerPoints. This experience sharpened my skills in data visualization and presenting actionable insights to key clients. Education As a student pursuing a degree in business analytics, I’ve had the opportunity to dive into case studies specifically tailored to the sports industry. My academic journey, combined with my practical experience, has allowed me to build a solid foundation in analytics, problem-solving, and business strategy, preparing me to contribute to data-driven decisions in this dynamic industry. Hard Skills In addition to my technical skills, I bring leadership, bilingual communication, and client relationship management skills to every project I work on. I have a strong interest in helping organizations in the sports and entertainment sector; using data insights to identify KPIs and achieve SMART goals. I believe that when a sports organization succeeds, its fans are happy, which aligns perfectly with my altruistic values. My goal is to contribute to a sector that balances business growth with fan satisfaction. I’m always eager to learn and connect with professionals in the sports and entertainment sector.
