About Dawn Lublin

I have been working in the health insurance industry since I graduated Temple University in 1998. I started my career at Aetna. I moved to Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield in 2001. I started in claims. I was promoted to a managed care coordinator in 2003. I really loved working with hospitals and setting up discharge plans for our members. I was promoted to an Account Consultant in 2006. I loved working in the sales are. I worked extremely close with our brokers. I serviced our groups after they were implemented. I had to know the products inside and out. it was a very rewarding job. I got to help a lot of members over the years. I loved going to open enrollments and health fairs. I loved explaining their health care services they had and how for members to save money. In 2024, I was promoted to a vendor Liaison. I work extremely close with one of our large surgical vendors. I conduct yearly audits to ensure that the vendor is current with Horizons standards and CMS standards.
