Currently, I’m Director, Employer Brand & Culture at a global consulting firm, where I lead strategic engagements that accelerate growth, protect brand equity through change, and build leadership cultures that attract and retain top-tier talent. I bring a mix of data-driven insight, strategic consulting, and a collaborative approach to make it happen. Outside of work, I am passionate about animal welfare and staying active, whether it's through kickboxing, lifting weights, or hiking adventures with my 7-year-old rescue dog, Nessi.
