I've graduated in 2002 and got the degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with an accumulative average of 77.95 and overall assessment of very good. In March of 2002, I worked as lecturer in computer center for training till end of August of 2002. In the beginning of September 2002 I worked as teacher of computer in public school for the whole academic school year. I became Lab Supervisor in University of Jordan till February of 2008, among that I worked as administrative of automated exams in the university and also attend master program in Computer Science in Al-Balqa Applied University. I get my Master degree in Computer Science with an average (3.56 out of 4) with a rate of very good. In February of 2008, I got promotion and became a lecturer in Department of Business Information System in the faculty of king Abdullah II School for Information Technology. I taught Management Information System, Computer Skills, Web Publishing, and Database in one semester before attending Graduate Program of Information Management in National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan in September of 2008. I have been conferred the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Graduate program of Information Technology from Institute of Information Management in July 2015 at National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan, Hsin-chu. While at NCTU, I have got a scholarship for 4 years and I received instruction in Data mining, collaborative filtering, recommending systems, and Forecasting Techniques. Then, I have worked in ITRI (January of 2016 till August of 2020) My work is related to: NLP and Active Learning Collaborative filters and Recommending Systems. Forecasting Sales for products which have correlated with Social Networks and forums. Prediction of some behaves related to Social Networks. SMOTING for imbalanced Datasets. General Data Mining and Data Base.
