About Jenny Yip

Dr. Yip is a licensed clinical psychologist, OCD, anxiety, and parenting expert, creator of the Stress-Less Life and author of Productive, Successful You!(amzn.to/21xvBrr). She specializes in stress, OCD, anxiety and family dynamics Dr. Yip developed the Family Systems Based Strategic CBT, which integrates Strategic Paradoxical Techniques, Mindfulness Training, and traditional Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). She has successfully treated severe OCD and anxiety disorders for over a decade utilizing this innovative treatment modality. She frequently publishes articles, presents internationally, and has been featured in various media venues. She continually provides training in her areas of expertise, and consults on documentaries and film productions on OCD in children and adolescents. In 2008, she established the Renewed Freedom Center in Los Angeles to help those suffering from OCD and anxiety disorders by providing the most effective, brief, state-of-the art treatment available. She is Board Certified in Behavioral & Cognitive Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). She is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the USC Keck School of Medicine, an Institutional Member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), a Clinical Member of the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT), and a Clinical Member of the Anxiety & Depression Association of America (ADAA) where she also serves on the Public Education Committee.
