About John Rodgers

As a software test engineer and QA analyst, I have over five years of experience in ensuring the quality and performance of software products and systems. I have worked with Clarivate, a global leader in providing trusted insights and analytics, and US Foods, one of the largest foodservice distributors in the nation. I have developed and executed test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures, using various tools and methodologies. I have also provided help desk support and technical assistance to customers and end-users, resolving issues and troubleshooting problems. I have a strong background in help desk support, problem-solving, and technical support, which I acquired from my skills training and internship at i.c.stars, a nonprofit organization that prepares young adults for technology careers. I am not only a technologist, but also an actor. I have a passion for merging technology and entertainment, creating innovative and engaging experiences for audiences. I am a visionary and orator, who strives to learn new skills and improve my existing ones. I am currently pursuing coding and acting courses, as well as participating in meetings and events at i.c.stars, to advance my career and future. I am looking for opportunities that will allow me to leverage my quality assurance and testing expertise, as well as my creative and artistic talents, in the software and entertainment industry.
